My trainer Maree comes up with the best workouts. She never does the same routine twice which keeps things interesting and you always feel like you’ve worked really hard. The hill climb on this one nearly killed me.

Box Running
Frogger Kick (basically a burpee with a jump squat at the end)
Alternating Lunges
Squat Thrusters
Calf Raises
Ski Jumps on a step
Reverse Crunches
