The Harvard Medical School website writes that green tea is not only high in antioxidants but the best food source of catechins. These are more powerful than vitamins C and E in halting oxidative damage to cells. There’s also a link between taking green tea and a reduced risk of heart disease and several cancers including skin, breast, lung, colon, esophageal and bladder. Tea Total make some of the most beautiful, fresh tasting teas I’ve ever tried. Vanilla Sencha is my fave at the moment.
